Red exclamation mark keeps appearing next to Facebook messages.

System Configuration: Windows / Chrome 89.0.4389.90


It says "message failed to send" along with the red exclamation marks. It only happens when I send messages to people I've never messaged before.Furthermore, it only happens on this one Facebook account. I have another facebook account and it doesn't happen on that one.

Hello, typically this means that your message has failed to send. If you click on the red exclamation, does it say anything?

Hello David, I have the same mistake with my Messenger account. When I click on the symbol, it says: "Can not delivery". I have tried to read our report on FB but I haven't been received any reports from others users or Facebook team. So, I don' t know what is the mistake and how to fix it?
