My Samsung Star Wifi dont work Solved/Closed

Hello, 

I would like to ask a help regarding my samsung star phone. I cant access the  internet using wifi or even internet connection with my provider. IT can connect to a wifi but suddenly it will be disconnected and PNS failed pop up. What should i do?Thanks
