Please downloadm install and run spybot search and destroy which is very will equipped to solve this issue.
When installing uncheck the Tea Timer option which is redundant in this case.

Yes download Spybot search and destroy as it is a worm that is getting spreading to them. but to be on the safe side too just download Hijackthis from trend micro just to be on the safe side to make sure you remove anything that is regenerating the worm.

do a scan and save a log report and then copy it and paste it here just in case if it's not a worm. as this does happen but under a different name.
