HP Webcam works only at times

Hello,
I have HP Compaq Laptop - the model is CQ45-106AU.
The finger print reader and the webcam works only at times.
I don't understand where the problem lies.

Can anyone help me out?

Hi there,

Make a windows update and have all the drivers also be updated in same time to fix this.
