If the Dell is connected via wireless then you can run this program to display the wireless key:

If the Dell is connected via wire then you can logon to the router and change the wireless key. But, you will need to know the router password (different from the wireless key). If you don't know the router password then you can use the "reset switch" on the back of router to reset the router to factory defaults. Logon to the router manufacturer's web site for instruction.
