Fallout three help

So I got fallout 3 goty and disc one loaded up awesomely with ultrahigh graphics but whenever I put in my disc two my computer frose and it was unresponsive I have quad 4.33 proseser (required 4.4 single) and windows 7 (required xp/vista) I need some help
