i bought gta4 original dvd i installed it in my pc but it was lagging

my system consists of:

processor:pentium(r)dual-core cpu E5200@2.50GHZ
installed memmory:2.00gb
system type :32 bit operating system
graphic card:nvidia ge force 9400 gt it's memmory is 1.00gb
os version:windows 7 ultimate

but it was lagging can any one of you tell me the solution
