Hello, 


my g five phone is atometically dead during running condition, after that i have shown to mobile mechanic, he said that software is currepted but i want to know that how i can get my data i.e phone book etc back, can u suggest me please.

Dear Mahadevan, 

The right solution is to have the phone restored to factory settings but however all the files and information on it will be deleted. You will definitely have to get the phone restored for it to work properly and you will have no possibility to access to your database if you do not have it restored.
