Different problem then black screen of death

Hi,

It appears no one on any forms has a sulution for my problem so here i go. Right when I start up my windows xp computer the screen does nothing. It shows that my moniters on and if we turn my computer on when its hooked up to the speakers we can hear all the sounds. theres no mouse courser no login screen no words that say what the problem is, and no response from the keyboard. i do not know 100% if starting up in safe mode works. If its F8 we must press, there is no response what so ever. my graphics card is a GeForce 6200A D256M. all fans turn on, The power fan, the graphics card fan, and the another fan on the mother board all run. the lights flash on the keyboard during startup.
