Ethernet Connecter

Hello, My name is Kent, i recently reinstalled xp onto a new harddrive that i had installed to my laptop. It is missing the ethernet controller(driver) i need some help finding that driver online, or a link to a website. If you have any other idea's it would be helpful. As of now, my problems are, -Unable to create new internet connection, because hardware is not found. :P
