Sure, let's see what I can do.

Disable your wireless and start using ethernet.
Go to Start > Run > type in cmd and hit enter.
Then type in ping google.com

Tell me what it says.
it says
ping request could not find host google.com please check name and try again

Ok, so you aren't getting DNS resolution.

Try typing in this

ipconfig

and let me know what it says.
On the Ethernet adapter local area connection
It says the link-local ipv6 address and subnet mask and autoconfiguration ipv4 address but has nothing for the connection - specific dns suffix or default gateway

It also says media disconnected for all my tunnel adapter local area connections as well as my wireless network obviously

yes when i typed in ping google.com it said it couldnt connect or somethinggg
then wen i typed in ipconfig it said under the Ethernet adapter local area connection part

It says what the link-local ipv6 address and subnet mask and autoconfiguration ipv4 address is
but it has nothing coming up for the specific dns suffix or default gateway .
