Hello, my HP dv9000 Pavilion laptop will not start. It tries to start with panel lights coming on the going off while the fan does the same. It never gets past that point. Only two years old and needed for school. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Remove the battery from laptop and press on holding the power button then after one minute put the battery back in respective slot,if no improvement then boot from your recovery disk and repair system.
