how to remove application iertutil.dll file? Closed

Hello, 

my computer can't show any icons and toolbars .when I opened the computer window show this message of application has failed to start  Bcoz of reinstalling this iertutil.dll file to fix these problem?
plz help me to remove these problem.

Hi there,

The file may be removed from system by deleting it,restore it from recycle bin and it will be solved,
