Keys misrepresentation

Hello,
is there any practise that the keyboards are designed so that any one key misrepresent for the secracy maintanance

Is there any setting to change the key to represent $, if i type #.

Dear Sir,

There should be a problem upon the keyboard's set language. Please get to the language bar and have it changed.
