Usb memory is not open

Hello, sir
my usb memory is can not open in my pc system, why id'nt know, plese give me some solution. when i open my memory it ask a question plese format it.i try to format it but windows is not sopported to format it. so please give any solution to me, then i open my usb memery in my system.

Try to format it using "HP USB Disk Storage Format Tool". Click on the

Dear Deven,

If it is actually not being recognized, simply get to the your Device Manager and have its drivers updated. This will solve the matter. You should nevertheless confirm whether the drive is not faulty by connecting it to another computer.
