Hello,
Try this 1.
Login to your BNSL modem configuration page and make sure that "Wireless" is
enabled.
If its disabled, then enable it and change the "Network Name (SSID)" (Enter any
name for your SSID) and select your own security option.
Now go to your wirless LAN properties in your laptop and enter the SSID and
the security key ---> and try to connect.

Hi there,
Be sure your laptop has wireless option on it,please provide model of the laptop to give your further instructions,also check in device manager to see if all drivers are installed if missing then use link below to download them and install:
