Hello,
Try this 1.
Right-click on the "Internet Explorer" icon ---> Properties ---> Click on "Advanced"
tab ---> Click on "Reset" button ---> "Reset".
This will reset all the settings as well as add-ons that are required to run the
internet explorer.
