Count values without putting value in formula

Hello,
i am trying to count if a value occurs more than once in a column in Excel
For example, if i have a column of numbers like shown below
23456
76543
23456
56453
You can see the 23456 occurs twice
How would i count that there are two without incorporating any of the numbers within the formula, so it will automatically pick up if the same number occurs. Is this possible?

So are you trying to find how many times numbers are repeated in a column ?

23456
76543
23456
56453
56453
56453

= 5 ?
