i opened an account with gmail on my phone my phone is locked now and i forgot my username and password but i know the security question im not sure whether i put a secondary email address either please help me as i cant use my phone at the moment how can i know my username

Unfortunately, without the essential information, secret question and password it is impossible to recover the account, it is as if going to the bank for a withdrawal without the account number and no identification.
