Hello,

I just returned from Germany and brought some DVDs back with me. I can't play them on the Panasonic DMP-BD85 I bought here. Is there a way to enable me to play them?

Many thanks in advance.

Kurt

Those Germain DVDs are from a different DVD region. You can change the DVD region on most PC DVD players. There might be an option in setup on your player.

BUT, you can only change it 4 or 5 times total. Then it gets locked to the last region you used. So, you run the risk that the player will be stuck on the European region.

Good Luck

Thanks for the clue. I'm hoping to find a code to eliminate the region limitations altogether since I have bought a number of DVDs from both countries I wish to continue being able to watch. Thanks again!
