How do i get my gamertag password back

Hello,
I am having a problem in remembering my password i know the email adress for my gamertag but i cant remember the password i have already tried to recover the email adress i made for it but it wont work.
What im wondering is if i can get it back another way im still using the account but all i need is the password.
Does anyone now if and how i can get microsoft to help me microsoft can help me

I forgot my call barring code for my Vodafone. when i try to "cancel all call barring" it requests the call barring password. The problem persisted even after restoring factory settings. What can i do to reset this call barring code please?
