Formatiing

Sir,
Myself rajesh m frm north-east region, sir m facing a lots of problm in ma cell phones and mine cell phones is of Nokia 5610-d in dis cell it shows automatic Volume of indreasing n decreasing of sound,also it show Push to talk whether to swith or not ? m now in a great troouble. I m too sorry 2 use ma cell phone in simple way.And sir i wanna like to format it can u plz tell me da sollution for dis instead od goin 2 nokia service center..and ma email id is www.rajagarwal.singh@gmail.com
