Can't install FLASH CS3 with cstrike.exe

Hello,

when i try2 install FLASH CS3,its shown i have to closed CounterStrike Launcher before continue,any1 here how2 do it?
I tried end process at task manager,got a cstrike.exe file,its keep cming back automaticaly after i end it.
HELP!!
