Help me install my HP Pavilion webcam driver

Hi!

I am trying to install my HP Pavilion dv7-1245dx webcam driver. Whenever I click on Run, it would give me the black screen then nothing happens after. I saw a yellow triangle with an exclamation in HP Webcam and I tried to uninstall but after doing this, I couldn't find the HP Webcam anymore. I tried to install the webcam driver again but it is still doing the same.

Help me pls> I'm running Windows Vista Home Edition.

Hi there,

Which os are you currently having on your system?you must install drivers as per it or the driver being installed is corrupted,this is not an issue as it can be downloaded freely from official hp website:

https://support.hp.com/us-en/
