Ok, I hadn't tried to power this on in like 6months. And sitting home bored I thought I would give it a try. So I plugged in the power cord and hit the power switch. It came on, booted up and did some updating, asked if I wanted to restart computer, I clicked NO, well I put my password in and got a little further into it, it started updating some more and asked once again if I wanted to restart the computer, I clicked YES, well it powered down and won't start back. When I push the power on button the fan will start running and the power light comes on for a brief second and then shuts back down.
I have tried taking the battery out and using the ac supply cord, I have tapped/held down F1-F12. Nothing is working.. anyone have any suggestions?
Remove your battery then press on the power button holding it for seconds,then put back the battery and connect power cord to it,else if you have your recovery disk boot from it and recover your system to factory default.
