Dell monitor entering power save mode! I tried everything

Hello,

I am using a dell machine since 2018 there was no issue but since 4 or maybe 5 days I am continuously facing one issue that my dell monitor is entering power save mode by itself again and again whenever I try to start or restart my pc I am not going into boot screen instead its taking me to power save mode screen! I tried instructions mentioned in this blog (dell-monitor-entering-power-save-mode) but still I am facing same issue please help me what should I do to fix it?

    Go to Control Panel > Hardware and Sound.
    Choose Power Options and select Change plan settings.
    Select Edit plan settings.
    Change the Turn off the display option to Never.
    Similarly, change the Put the computer to sleep option to Never.
    Select Save Changes to confirm.
