Hello,
the dvd in my dell inspron 1525 is not working it says the the configuration is incomplete or damaged in the registry (code 19 ) can some one please help me how to get it back up and working . thank you so much

Hello,
Try this 1
Click on Start --> Run --> type regedt32 and press "Enter"
Registry editor will be opened.
Backup your registry by going to File --> Export and save the file with any name.
Now on the left side, navigate to the location
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE --> SYSTEM --> CurrentControlSet --> Control
----> Class ---> Click on {4D36E965-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318}
At right side delete these files if u find it
upper filters,lower filters,upper filters.bak,lower filters.bak and then restart your
PC.
