Flash Player not working

Hello, I have uninstalled and downloaded adobe flash player many times and followed support instructions and still don't have or see it on desktop or anywhere. Not overly computerly skilled...but can follow instructions, or so I thought . PLEASE help. Everything seems to go right untill done and then it only shows up in control panel add and remove programs.

Hello,

Adobe Flash player plugin shorcut won't appear on desktop. You can find

adobe flash player plugin in browser Add-Ons.

Or

Try playing any you tube video. If the you tube video is getting played then you

have successfully installed the adobe flash player plugin.
