I dl'd AVG 9.0 Free Version and installed it which took several hours cause it kept coming up as a retry......once it finally installed and I thought WOOHOO then this next message appeared "Local machine: installation failed

"'could someone please help me because at this point I have NO virus protection and I just don't know what else to do...thanks, carole
