Hi there,
I'm having a serious problem concerning my mp4 player, each time am connecting it to my pc, I can't get access to it, it's only charging! When am double-clicking on it, nothing happens! Any help would be the most welcomed!

Hi,
Check if it is properly connected to your computer, remove the cable and put it again. Check if it is also charging properly. If not it might mean that you have a flawed cable. Else, it might be a virus causing this inconvenience.. I would strongly recommend you to format it.
