my web cam will not start/cant locate the cam Closed

Hello, 

i have a web cam built into my Eee pc, i use messager all the time,i had to prefrom a re-boot and system recovery and now my cam wont work. please help me!

Configuration: Windows XP / Internet Explorer 8.0

Hello, 

you may need the drivers. Please check out the AsusTeK Downloads - I guess they provide the drivers as well: http://support.asus.com/download/download.aspx?SLanguage=en-us

i have the same exact problem ! 
but i cant figure it out and when i try to open the cam it say the file root in wrong !
