Blue screen problem

Hello,
i use firefox 3.6.8. whenever i open a site which has a lot of adds on its page, the blue screen of death appears and the system restarts. when i checked task manager, there is an unknown "plugin containter" which is using a lot of memory. firefox is using around 70000 K of memory. it is happening in only firefox. please help.!!

Try this 1.

Disable the unnecessary add-ons in the firefox by going to Tools --> Add-ons.

Or

Try to reset your firefox settings.

Click on the below link and follow the instructions.

Select the options"Disable all add-ons, Reset the toolbar and controls, Restore

default search engines and Reset all user preferences to Firefox defaults"

---> Click on "Make Changes and Restart".
