Hello,
Try this 1.
Disable the unnecessary add-ons in the firefox by going to Tools --> Add-ons.
Or
Try to reset your firefox settings.
Click on the below link and follow the instructions.

Select the options"Disable all add-ons, Reset the toolbar and controls, Restore
default search engines and Reset all user preferences to Firefox defaults"
---> Click on "Make Changes and Restart".
