Hello,

My 5 and 6 keys do not work. Good thing I have the numbers on the side to use. It's just the number 5 and 6 on the top row under the Fn keys. What would cause this, and how can I fix it myself?

Thanks!

Dear TF,

It should be sourcing from its circuit board and hence you should get it sent to a Repair Shop.

Thanks in advance.

Hi there,

To start try using the Fn key + num lock to deactivate number lock on keyboard else use a small paintbrush and clean then keys on the keyboard removing the dust or you can also use a compressed air blower to clean the keys .

Thanks
