while taking add or remove programme a mesaage wll come -this operation has been cancellled due to restrictions in efeect on this computer.pls contact your system
administrator. pls give a solution as early as possible.

Hi there,

You need to be having an administrator account to be able to install and remove applications on system,limited users are not allowed to proceed with it,what is your account type?is this a personal pc or a company pc?please give more information as well as the os in use on machine,
