if the music was only on your iPhone, I'm afraid it's lost. But, normally the music should be somewhere on your PC (my music/iTunes/iTunes Media/Music). If you've purchased the music in the iTunes Store, you may find it in iTunes under "Purchased" or trying to load it again (not sure this will work). Right click on "Purchased" and "Check for available downloads" (you need to be connected with your iTunes Store account).
Otherwise, if your music is still on an other device you can try to copy it back to iTunes. You will find some very useful backup programs in the FAQ.
