IPod won't play my songs?
Solved/Closed
Hello,
My iPod turns on fine. My songs appear fine on it. But as soon as I click on play button, it starts acting weird. It does not play songs. When I try to forward the songs, it just resets itself.
I have tried everything possible but nothing seems to work. My iTunes does not detect my iPod. So, I cannot even reset it. And when I reset it manually, nothing happens. It just stays the same as before.
Please help!

Hi there,
Thanks
- Try resetting it by pressing the center + menu buttons together until the Apple logo appears on the screen.
- Charge it for 20 minutes, toggle the hold button, and then reset it till it works
- Song files could be containing virus so try deleting it
- Go to your nearest electronic store for help
- Check the apple site for support or call them
Thanks
