Macro Row coulour

Hello,
I want to color the whole row ,the foremat would be like this
1.75% (h)
1.75% (g,p)
3.25% (a,h)
3.25% (a)
4.38% (a)
4.38% (a)

in the above column A represent %'s and Clmn.B to some ref id,if the ref id and % are same then color the whole row.above both 4.38% can be clubbed,but even therie is one more exemption ref id h need not be considered.that is we can club both 3.25%,but wheras we cannot club 1.75% as the first one doesnt contain ref idg and p.

Could you please help me out
