Hello,

Please give me the procedure to change the letter of my removable device which is a pendrive of 4gb make of silicon power.

Hi there.

Simple solution,open run and type diskmgmt.msc then right click on the device when found in disk management and change drive letter.

Yes that's correct but it means that the drive will get that letter forever whenever it is plugged in (so it overrides the automatic assignment of a letter to this drive).

right click on my computer and choose manage ,select pendrive & click properties then change letter

Dear Sir,

Simply right click on the drive and click on rename.
