Network sharing in Ubuntu and Windows Closed

Hello, 


As we can create home n/w in 2 windows PC and share files & internet connection b/w them.... I want to know the procedure for Ubuntu and windows? I use samba for file sharing but can't share internet connection,,,, Pls help!!!!
