Video makecomputer automaticaly shutting down

Hello,

When I am watching video clips online ,my computer is automaticaly shutting down. what is the reason for that & what is the solution. please explain.

Hi there,

When your system shuts off is it hot or normal temperature?can you switch it on immediately?are updates installed during this process?please give more information.
