Need help with Dell white screen password Solved/Closed

Hello,  

Needing help with my dell d630 also. My son went off to college and I bought him a new laptop. He gave me his old one that he hadn't used in awhile. He didn't tell me why he hasn't been using it. Now I know.... It has the white dell screen asking for a password of which of course, he does not remember. Any help would be appreciated. Been doing some research and came across this site. Please help! Thanks in advance!

There is no jumper on this Latitude D620. Tried the cmospswrd and it doesn't work with the bios I have. Any other ideas? Or does anyone happen to have the "master" password to my laptop?
