Try to boot your computer in Safe mode.
To do so, Turn on your computer while hitting the F8 key on your keyboard.

After successfully logging in Administrator account, click start menu and navigate to RUN command. Type msconfig on the RUN box then hit ok. Click start up then uncheck the all small box located at the list. Restart computer.
