Hello,
Try this 1.
Right click on the "Internet Explorer" icon---->Click on "Properties"---> Click on
"Connections" tab-->Click on LAN settings button. In that window uncheck all the
options, if you notice any option selected.

Windows XP, Vista or 7?
try disabling all firewall / antivirus programs?
try SAFEMODE WITH NETWORKING?
give your computer a good cleanin with MalewareBytes & Spyware Doctor (scan in Safemode with networking I find it works the best)
