Hello Sam,
This error after an Office update.
Solution
[1] Activat the Office Source Engine
Click on start and then run
Type services.msc then Ok.
In the list double click on Office Source Engine.
Show start type list
If the start type shows deactivated, select manual
Reinstall your office update
[2] If the above does not solve the problem
From you Office CD Rom, copy ose.exe file
To do so: :
Insert the Office CD
Right click on start and left on Explorer.
In Win Explorer open the CD's files\setup,
Click right on ose.exe, then left on copy.
Open c:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared.
Click right on Source Engine and select paste
Confirm replacement
Your error will have magically dissapeared.
