Hello,

I restored the factory settings on my phone and now im unable to do anything apart from making and accepting calls. Please, what can i do to fix this problem i live in Jamaica.

What are the other things that you are unable to do on the handset?when you try what happens?please provide more information.

everything else is shutdown. camera. radio.tv. internet
