Problem about copying files Closed

Hello, 



Configuration: Windows XP / Internet Explorer 6.0

I have 2 sata hdd and 1 sata dvd drive. But there is only 2 sata port in my mother board. So I Connect my dvd drive through a ide to sata converter. But i can't copy any files from DVD drive to Hard disk. DVD Read the drive but I can't copy it. What can I do?

donot use the sata to ide converter and connect 1hdd and dvd rom to ur 2 sata ports and try copying any files from dvd to hdd if it works then ur connecter is faulty
