Window now appears as WinRE in Ubuntu

Hello,
I've just installed Ubuntu maybe a little too hastily. My hard drive that was assigned to windows is now (on Ubuntu) named 'winRE' what is this and how do I mount it so that I can use it once again.

Hello,

The problem that you are facing has in fact not been correctly explained. Please put more light to it. Explain how you installed it and also what has been assigned to WinRe. Also it seems that you want to use it again, what do task do you want to carry out. Please give details.
