Hi,
Open run then type this command ''diskmgmt.msc'' and hit enter/ok.Disk management will be opened in new window,right click on your plugged device and assign a letter to it ,choose a letter which is not been assigned to any device by system.You can open my computer and see it,like C is for windows ,D , E are already in use try any which is not listed,
