Why the latest version is not downloading

Hello, i downloaded wimdows live mesenger several times but i can sign in because the message comes that i have to download the latest version of msn. i tried that too but it dont work in my computer. kindly help

uninstall previous version from control panel,delete its folder from program files and latest version following this link:

https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/
