Mobile restarts when trying to open inbox Closed

im  facing a prob.in my lg kp501 .my problem is .when i  try to open my inbox.my cell restart automatically......and i also reset my all settings.bt same problem is occuring

This problem is occurring due to corrupted files or too bulky memory space and the solution will be restoring it to factory settings.
